| Review: AVS Video Tools is a software package that consists of three separate tools designed for video processing - AVS Capture Wizard, AVS DVDtoGo and AVS Video Converter. The apps are wrapped in a user-friendly interface. ACP Wizard Capture allows you to capture video from external devices such as digital video cameras. You can configure audio and video settings when it comes to size, frame rate, input and format. ACP DVDtoGo you can prepare DVD movies (full length or only part of them) for PSP, iPod, Zen, PMP and other devices. AVS Video Converter is designed to help you convert video files to AVI, MP4, 3GP, MPEG, MOV, WMV, RM, SWF and DVD movies. Objects can be imported into the file list via the file browser or drag and drop. Treated several elements simultaneously is possible. Experienced users can perform audio-visual changes in format, frame size, frame rate, channel mode and sample rate. The settings can be saved in a new profile, or reset to default. Additionally, you can remove specific areas of the videos and split clips of markers or size. Any tool that runs on a large amount of system resources, is very responsive and complete a task in a reasonable time. No error dialogs have been detected in the course of our tests and apps not freeze or crash. Output videos have a true picture and sound quality after conversion. No updates have been recently made to AVS Video Tools. |
