| Review: Winx DVD player is a software that allows you to play DVD, Avis, mpegs, VMVs and others. The interface of the program is known. You can open the file using the file browser or drag and drop method. So, you can use the basic tools, such as games, pause, resume, volume adjustment, next or previous song, and move back and forth withing video. Plus, you can switch to full screen mode, looping video, select titles, chapters, translation, audio and angle, zoom in, create playlists and bookmarks, take a picture and view TV channels. In the setup menu, you can adjust the brightness, contrast, color and saturation of the video, change the attitude and position the image directory. But you can also switch to another skin and create a list of favorite TV channels. The program uses a moderate amount of system resources and does include any type of user documentation or advice. Also, there are not that many configurable options and moving video watermark, which temporarily disappears when displayed in full screen. All in all, Winx DVD player is the perfect tool for watching videos, but it definitely needs some improvements when it comes to the interface (buttons can be higher) and functionality. However, it is very easy to use by inexperienced people. |
